Dave Fiore, the owner of Wrechtec in Nazareth has a passion for serving the local community. Therefore, there was no hesitation when he was approached by Eileen Gromowitz to participate in the “Adopt A Senior” program for 2022. Dave immediately knew he not only wanted to support the program, but he also had a student in mind. Dave and his staff wanted to Adopt Ashley Breaut, a Nazareth High School student who also attends the Career Institute of Technology located in Easton, PA. Ashley placed 1st in District XI USA Skill Championship in which she competed in Automotive Maintenance & Light Repair. Dave knew her passion and wanted to support her on her journey.

The purpose of the “Adopt A Senior” program is to support a senior and make them feel special and supported by presenting them with a gift basket. Once we spoke with Ashley, we learned that her plans were to continue her education in Automotive Repair at www.autotraining.edu . Ashley shared that she needed several tools and other items to begin her technical training. When Dave at Wrenchtec learned about the needs of Ashley, he reached out to his vendors for donations. Because of the positive relationships between Wrenchtec and their vendors, they also jumped in to help Ashley. The outpouring of support will help Ashley to concentrate on her education instead of worrying about purchasing the tools she will need to succeed. On behalf of Wrenchtec and the “Adopt A Senior” program, a huge Thank You goes out to Advanced Auto Parts, APW, and Napa for their generous donations. Please support these businesses as these are businesses that support our local Nazareth Community.

Our local community is so much more than just our neighbor, our block, our development. It is everyone you encounter in your day-to-day activities. Dave Fiore understands the importance of supporting the members of the community as a whole. He is often asked to support programs within Nazareth. His passion is not only about keeping each of his customers safe on the road with vehicle maintenance and affordable, honest repairs, he also partners with the local food bank. He offers his business as a location for collection for the Greater Nazareth Food Bank, to assure that food can easily and conveniently be dropped off at his repair shop located at 20 E. Lawn Rd., Nazareth, PA 18064. Dave’s passion for helping others shows in the automotive work he performs, his kindness to others, and his involvement in his local community.
