Self-Service Drop Box, our drop boxes are conveniently located in both the front and rear of the building and can be accessed seven days a week, 24 hours a day. We want to make dropping your vehicle as simple and stress-free as possible for our valued customers.
Complimentary pick-up and drop-off of your vehicle. One of our team members would be happy to pick up your vehicle from your home or place of employment within a five-mile radius of our location. Please request this service when you call to schedule your appointment. Please communicate all your service needs and concerns at that time.
Complimentary Loaner Vehicle, Wrenchtec has invested in a fleet of loaner vehicles to accommodate our customers. We would be happy to provide you with a loaner vehicle free of charge while your vehicle is being serviced or repaired. We kindly ask that you call to schedule your appointment and advise the Service Advisor that you’re requesting a loaner vehicle. Loaner Vehicles require a copy of your automotive insurance card, driver’s license, and signed damage waiver.
Modern Technology at a competitive price. We understand that most customers prefer modern technology in terms of communicating. We have implemented an easier way to visually share information and photos of worn, or broken parts that are in a necessary repair to ensure your vehicle is operating in a safe and efficient manner. Giving you the option to authorize the repairs by text or email. As always if you have any concerns about your repairs, our team is available to answer all of your questions. We go above and beyond to provide each customer with unmatched customer service.
